This is what you look/feel like when you eat too much spring grass in one go..............or did Kaspar steal my steroids??!!
Things going ok except for intolerable itching. This only started about 2 weeks ago, and is largely on my forearms, but also neck/trunk. Not sure if it's to do with increased Aza? Or photo sensitivity from the aza? Colleen suggested eurax cream, which is brilliant, but would like to know the cause, and why now if its the aza? Had been using factor 30 on anything exposed from the minute the sun came through a few weeks ago. Come on Jo...........you always have the answers!!!

Love the donkey pics! The Argan oil I use is by Organix and it is pure oil rather then being in a shampoo or conditioner. you just rub a small amount in your hands and apply it to wet hair everywhere except roots. Would not recommend a perm as may just go to frizz and break off given the condition and also not the best look! haha! I wonder if the itching is connected to the AZA as allergies are a side effect and that the drop in steroid is bringing it out. Steroids reduce inflammation and help with allergies don't they?... I think so. I definitely seem to react more to pollen now unless it is just a coincidence and I often sneeze but when on steroids I hardly sneezed at all. Don't know if that helps but hopefully the itching will go as you adjust to the higher dose of Aza.Isn't verona lovely? We had four days there and it was so relaxing. I had my bloods checked just before going so I felt it was ok to indulge in a few Proseccos and Pinot Grigios! How is Colleen doing? Have you heard from Emma? Hope she is ok too. Love Jo x
ReplyDeleteHate to tell you this Jo...........the photos above are of my miniature shetland pony!! Thanks for the argan oil tips, I do have some pure oil, but wasn't sure how best to use it. The itching is driving me crazy. I'm sure you're right about it being the aza, can't think of any other explanation, but didn't get it last time I was on it, so all a bit strange really. I hear from Collen regularly via email, she's doing well. Haven't heard a thing from Emma since she said her bloods were over 1000 a few weeks ago. I hope shes ok, and like you often think of her. x
DeleteOf course it is a pony! I will blame my computer skills and eyesight!! Very cute pony! Thanks for pic of donkeys too, they are lovely!! I can't believe I thought your Shetland was a donkey! Typical me though! It's raining here today, lovely and green though. Have a good day and hope the itching soon goes. Jox
